These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Artwork
All portraits are original artworks created from the photos you provide. Colours, style and likeness may vary due to artistic interpretation. Digital previews (if offered) are indicative only.
Ordering process
You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photos. Work begins once the required payment is received. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted before the artwork is started.
Payment
For small portraits (up to A3), full payment is required before the order is shipped. For large or bespoke portraits, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the moment of ordering, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. All payments are taken in GBP. Prices may change without notice.
Delivery
Canvas and print orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability. Digital files (if applicable) are delivered electronically.
Refunds & cancellations
Because each portrait is custom-made, refunds cannot be offered once work has begun. If you need to cancel before the artwork starts, please contact me as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, a refund within the courier's insurance value will be provided only if shipping insurance was requested at the time of dispatch and proof of damage (e.g., photo evidence) is supplied within 48 hours of delivery. I cannot take responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping companies.
Copyright & usage rights
You retain ownership of your pet's likeness and the photos you submit. I retain full copyright to the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute the artwork without written permission. Unless you request otherwise at the time of purchase, I may use images of completed portraits for my portfolio, website, social media or promotional materials.

Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.

Commission Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for commissioning a custom pet portrait.
Scope of work
You will provide reference photos and any stylistic preferences. I will create an original artwork based on your instructions and artistic interpretation.
Payment terms

Delivery & damage
Finished artwork will be shipped using your chosen delivery method. Damage claims are only eligible if shipping insurance was requested at dispatch and proof is provided within 48 hours.
Cancellation
Cancellations before work begins are permitted. Once work has started, the deposit (if applicable) is non-refundable.
Acceptance
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Commission Agreement.
