Every portrait is painted entirely by hand, from your favourite photograph. Tell Natalie about your pet and she'll create something truly extraordinary.
What to expect
Each commission begins with a conversation. Once you've sent your enquiry, Natalie will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your vision, confirm availability, and answer any questions.
You'll receive a progress update partway through the painting, and a final photograph for your approval before the portrait is completed. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.
When you're happy, your portrait is carefully packaged and dispatched. Delivery is charged at cost depending on the size of the work — Natalie will confirm the exact amount at enquiry stage.

All prices are starting prices for a single pet portrait. Multiple pets, complex backgrounds, or larger custom sizes may be quoted separately. Delivery is charged at cost and confirmed at enquiry stage.

Delivery
Portraits are dispatched unframed, carefully wrapped and boxed to arrive safely. Delivery is charged at cost and depends on the size and weight of the finished work — Natalie will confirm the exact delivery charge when your commission is confirmed.
UK delivery is available via tracked courier. International shipping is available on request — please mention your location in the enquiry form.
